"I wanted to like this because it..."
I wanted to like this because it did seem to work a bit, but my skin was burning and irritated all night after using it. it made me wonder if the company is more focused on selling a product than making sure it’s actually gentle enough for people’s skin.

"SO worth it for the price"
This works really well and the price is hard to beat. It lasts me FOREVER, so I definitely feel like I’m getting my money’s worth.

"Cooling didn’t last long"
It felt nicely cold when I first put it on, but that cooling effect faded way too quickly. After that, it didn’t seem to do much or give me the relief I was hoping for. i was disappointed because I really wanted it to help.

"Helps my knee, even if nobody really takes it seriously"
After work my knee can get sore, and I feel like people kind of brush it off when I mention it. Biofreeze has been one of the few things that actually helps. I rub it on and it takes the edge off quickly. It’s not some miracle fix, but it makes the pain a lot easier to get through. I keep a tube in my bag now just in case.

"Worked great when I used it this week"
I just used biofreeze again the other morning before work, and that’s what stuck with me most, it was super easy to put on and didn’t leave my hands feeling all gross or messy. It dries quick, which I really appreciate when I’m trying to get out the door. The only thing is the smell lingered longer than I wanted, especially since I’d just applied it, so I’m taking off one star for that...

"Nice scent and doesn’t leave gunk behind"
I’ve been using this for a bit and it smells good, not too strong or anything. It also doesn’t leave that sticky residue some products do, which I appreciate. I kind of feel like they may have kept the formula simple on purpose, but that’s just a guess

"Got me through most of my shift"
I put it on before heading into work, my back stayed calm for hours. Usually by the middle of my shift I’m already uncomfortable and counting down the time, but this really helped me get through the day. Feeling that kind of relief almost made me a little emotional.
